First of all, you have to get yourself in a real nasty fight with a really short tempered criminal in the commissary and make some real mess. Then, you have to be pretty sneaky and grab his spoon and pretend like the fight has never happened and keep it cool for the rest of the day.
Then, you must wait for the night and then start digging the floor. When you see you have enough dirt on the ground, accumulate it all and try to make a stair to reach the skylight. And for breaking the window , you must simply take your shirt off, twist it around your wrist and then punch the window to break it. And that's the way out.
